Suntec Custom Signs & Awnings

BE AWARE!!!! Suntec Custom Signs & Awnings in Southwest is very unfriendly!!! Had my awning for a year and the striping started to come undone. So when I called and spoke to who said was the owner named Robert Barron and explained my situation. He said he could patch it up which would have a variance in color from the rest of the striping, he said that's all they can do and wasn't sure if he would even send someone back out or not.. keep in mind the awning is only a year old. He continued on to say take or leave it and hung up on me. So I called back and asked him what his name was and his title and in his own words "my name is Robert Barron and I'm the owner you jack ass" WOW!!! I am a business owner and I would never talk to my customers that way when my customers are unhappy for the lack of quality done on my part. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS THEY WILL HAPPILY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN.
